I moved back to Glasgow where I was born, after living in Suffolk for the past 30 years and opened Hoos in July 2016. Hoos is my first venture into retail after a career in the voluntary sector working with Children and Families. I have loved almost every moment of it, working with great Brands and the most amazing team we aim to offer Glasgow an interesting store that is always evolving with new developments and beautiful products. You can buy a nail polish and a sofa from Hoos with everything in between!
Favourite Brands: I love them all!

About me:
I first met Karen in 2015 and have been part of HOOS ever since. With a background in Fine Art, I've always been drawn to curation and aesthetics. In store I love sourcing and styling our homeware and lifestyle brands that inspire modern everyday living. Working with good design is a joy.
In 2023 I founded Village, a happy and playful clothing edit for cool kids which is available online and in HOOS :)
My Roles: A little bit of everything; design, styling… woman with a drill!

About me: Hello, I’m Katy!
I am a Glasgow based designer & maker. I graduated from The Glasgow School of Art with a degree in Textile Design specialising in Knitted Textiles. I run a small business selling colourful printed goods alongside being a Hoosler! I joined the Hoos team in 2022 :-)
My Roles: Front of Hoos, website management, marketing/socials & getting involved in all of the creative parts of the business!
Favourite Brands: Anything from the jewellery cabinet, HAY for the colours and Kinto for the hoos.
Soundtrack: Any sort of funky, electronic music is usually what you’ll find me listening to!
