If you require a next day delivery service then please get in touch with us via email and we will do our best to accommodate.
We aim for all orders placed on a weekday before 1pm to be dispatched on the same day, and weekend orders dispatched the following working day. Royal Mail are then responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel. Should there be a delay or issue with delivery, please contact hello@hoosglasgow.co.uk for help in resolving the problem.
Local Pick Up
We offer Local Pick up on all online items as an option at checkout for no extra cost. *Some of our larger items are Local Pick Up Only due to size and weight restrictions. You will be informed via email when your order is ready for to pick up, if placed before 1pm this will be available for same day collection. Please be prepared to show your order confirmation when picking up your item.
Please ensure orders are picked up within 14 days of purchase, any longer than this and your order may be refunded. (Unless otherwise agreed).
Returns
We are happy to return full price (some exclusions apply*) within 28 days of purchase.
We accept returns* for exchange or a refund within 28 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items will be reimbursed for the full purchase price upon inspection. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit. If you would like to return a gift you have received, this will be exchanged for store credit.
To return or exchange a product, please email us at hello@hoosglasgow. When emailing, please provide your order number alongside your receipt or proof of purchase. To return your order, please either mail this to the store or drop it off with us if you are local. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be returned to the buyer.
* Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. Earrings also cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. *
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank or credit card provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@hoosglasgow.co.uk.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hoosglasgow.co.uk.
Sending Returns
To exchange or return your product, you should mail your product to:
HOOS, 715 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G12 8QX and clearly mark the box 'Returns'.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from your original order will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item with value over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund will only be processed once we have received your item.
