Deliveries & Returns


DELIVERIES

We use Royal Mail delivery services, our standard service costs £4.95. We aim for all our UK orders made before 1pm delivered within 3-5 working days.

We ensure that all orders placed on a weekday before 1pm leave HOOS dispatch on the same day and weekend orders will be dispatched the following working day; from that point Royal Mail are responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of your parcel. Should there be a delay or issue with delivery, please contact hello@hoosglasgow.co.uk for help in resolving the problem.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We're working towards offering international delivery throughout the Hoos Online Store. In the meantime, please contact hello@hoosglasgow.co.uk for a quote on delivery to your country.
 

RETURNS

We are happy to return full price (some exclusions apply*) within 28 days of purchase.
 

We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

To return or exchange a product, please email us at hello@hoosglasgow. You'll need to have your order number and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items will be reimbursed for the full purchase price upon inspection, assuming they are still in their original condition. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be returned to the buyer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@hoosglasgow.co.uk and send your item to: HOOS 715 Great Western Road, Glasgow G12 8QX

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: HOOS 715 Great Western Road, Glasgow G12 8QX United Kingdom and clearly mark the box 'Returns'

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
