Ordering and visiting the store

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

You can visit us at 715 Great Western Road, Glasgow, G12 8QX. We are open Monday - Saturday from 10 to 5.30, and on Sundays from 12 to 4.30.

Do you stock all items in store that are available on your website?

All items that are on our website, are also available in store. We do also offer certain items in store that are not available online - mainly due to size and weight restrictions.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

All of our online orders are gift wrapped, and there is an option at the checkout page to include a personalised gift note.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

If you’re unable to decide on the perfect present or you’d like your recipient to choose their own gift, the Hoos Gift Voucher is the perfect solution! You can purchase a gift voucher online, which creates a unique code that you can email directly to the recipient or print and post - this can be used online or in store. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift voucher in store - however please note this cannot be used online.

Delivery and Click & Collect

How long will my online order take to arrive?

We ensure that all orders placed on a weekday before 1pm are dispatched same day and weekend orders will be dispatched the following working day; and delivered within 3-5 working days. Please visit our Deliveries Page for more information.

Do you offer next day delivery options?

Our standard delivery option is Royal Mail Tracked 48, however if you require a next day service then please get in touch via email and we can look into this for you.

Can I collect my order in store?

We offer Local Pick up on all online items as an option at checkout for no extra charge. We do also have some larger items that are Local Pick Up Only due to size and weight restrictions. Please visit our Deliveries Page for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 28 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. Some items are not included in our returns policy. Please visit our Returns Page for more information.
