How to use.
A little goes a long way. For room fragrance add 3 to 5 drops to 100ml water in an oil burner or diffuser and burn for a maximum of 60 minutes. Let the aroma disperse throughout your home or workspace. For skin or bath, blend 1-2 drops per 10ml of vegetable carrier oil (sunflower, olive, rapeseed). Don’t use neat on the skin.
Bergamot:
Organically grown and harvested in Sicily, this essential oil is cold pressed from the fruit peel. Bergamot is an uplifting yet relaxing citrus oil, great for uplifting the mood, reducing stress and anxiety. A very useful oil to have both at home and work.
